1.2 Spink &
Son Ltd is prepared to supply the Customer with books and coin accessories on
the basis only of its terms and conditions set out below.
2 PRICES AND
TRADE DISCOUNTS
2.1 The standard prices for all books and coin accessories are stated on the current Spink Books website and catalogues which will be revised from time to time. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time and any such changes will be reflected on our website.
2.2 All prices
on our website are in UK sterling and include Value Added Tax at the current
rate.
2.3 Standard
discounts for credit account holders and trade customers will be supplied only
when orders are placed directly by email, telephone and fax. Trade discount will not apply on orders
placed on www.spinkbooks.com.
3 PAYMENT AND
RETENTION OF TITLE
3.1 We use
secure payment facilities for online orders. You can pay for your items online
using Visa and MasterCard cards. Alternatively
we accept payment by PayPal. Orders made online must be paid for in full at the
time of ordering.
3.2 Customers
can also pay for orders made by email, telephone, letter and fax by bank
transfer or by cheque made payable to ‘Spink & Son Ltd’. Please contact [email protected] for Bank Transfer details.
3.3 All
payments made should be made in sterling unless otherwise agreed.
3.4 All goods remain the property of Spink and Son Ltd until full payment has been received.
3.5 Payment card will be debited on placing the order.
4 DELIVERY
& CARRIAGE CHARGES
4.1 Carriage
will be charged on all orders without exception unless otherwise stated.
Carriage charged will be shown on our website prior to order confirmation.
4.2 Your order
may arrive in more than one delivery.
4.3
Notwithstanding the delivery times set out on our website, whilst Spink Books
will use its reasonable endeavours to deliver orders as soon as possible it
accepts no liability for late delivery.
5.1 All returns enquiries should be made by email,
telephone or fax. All returns must be in
mint condition, and goods must have been purchased from www.spinkbooks.com or the book
department within the past 30 days.
5.2 Any goods supplied in a damaged or imperfect
state will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Spink Books and this
will represent the extent of Spink Books liability for the same. In order to
register a claim for imperfect or damaged goods please contact Spink Book
Department within 7 working days of
the goods being received. Once a claim has been accepted imperfect goods must
be returned to Spink within 14 working
days.

6.1 Spink and Son Ltd shall be entitled to make
changes to the above terms and conditions and the customer shall be notified of
these.
6.2 These terms and conditions shall be governed by
English Law.
